What is The Healing Blueprint
The Healing Blueprint is an eight week guided wellness journey that brings together gentle nutrition, nervous system support, movement, and faith informed mindset work. Each week you receive a focused 30 minute lesson with simple actions that fit into a busy life. The goal is not perfection. The goal is steady, sustainable healing.

Module 5: Somatic Awareness and Nervous System Support
Learn body based practices to release built up tension and help your nervous system feel safer. You will practice short, repeatable tools like breathing, grounding, and gentle body scans.

Turn your new tools into rhythms that last. You will design a weekly plan that brings together food, sleep, movement, and emotional care in a way that fits your real life, not a perfect schedule.

Module 8: Your Personal Healing Blueprint
In the final week you will bring everything together into a written Healing Blueprint. You will set a gentle ninety day plan, celebrate progress, and choose small commitments you can actually keep.
