1. Digital Products (E-books, Meal Plans, Courses)
All sales of digital products are final.
Once an item is delivered (downloaded or accessed), we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we’ll make sure you receive your product.
2. Physical Products (If Applicable)
Refunds are available only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
3. Services (Consultations, Programs, Coaching)
Refunds for services are subject to the terms outlined at the time of booking.
Missed or canceled appointments without sufficient notice may not qualify for a refund.
